The AQUACUBE® The Ideal Multipurpose Water Quality Maintenance and Life Support System.
What does the AQUACUBE® do? - The AQUACUBE® is a life support system that provides complete aeration, biological filtration, circulation, degassing and foam fractionation for any species of fish or invertebrate in fresh or salt water. The air powered AQUACUBE® replaces all traditional and costly water pump driven aeration, gas stripping, circulation and biological filtration systems with a very economical, maintenance-free life support system. The modular concept of the AQUACUBE® allows units to easily be added or moved from one tank or system to another according to changes in biomass and production requirements. How does the AQUACUBE® operate? - The AQUACUBE® lifts air into the water, instead of water into the air! The AQUACUBE® uses an upward flowing air/water mixture to process and circulate up to 100 times the volume of water per horsepower compared to a water pump driven system.Is the AQUACUBE® easy to use? - The AQUACUBE® operates without maintenance for years and does not use a water pump, chemicals, submerged wiring or replacement parts. The AQUACUBE® requires minimal assembly and is warranted for a full five years of continuous operation. Where can the AQUACUBE® be used? - The AQUACUBE® can be used in seafood and aquaculture holding systems, either directly in the holding tank or in a dedicated tank in the filtration loop for aeration, circulation, biological filtration and degassing. In high density grow out systems, a dedicated tank after particulate filtration is ideal for larger, multiple AQUACUBE® modules with additional in-tank aeration, directional circulation and degassing provided by smaller, directional AQUACUBES®. Extensive pond systems utilize an array of AQUACUBES® to create overlapping zones of processed water that provide uniform water quality throughout the entire pond. Thousands of AQUACUBES® are now in continuous operation in numerous commercial, government and research installations.
